DOA Policy

The reason we ship using next day air is because we care that your fish arrive healthy and happy. On the rare occasion that a fish is DOA (dead on arrival) or sick, please contact us within ONE HOUR of delivery time with photos to get assistance. You must include photos of the fish in the sealed bag that they were shipped in for a full refund on the DOA fish but shipping costs are non refundable due to the expense paid to the carrier. Please email photos or videos of the fish in the SEALED bag and include a brief summary of the issue and anything deemed important along with your order number in the subject line.
